Ofogh Tejarat Kavir Co. was founded as a member of a holding company in 2010 with the aim of facilitating trade for the group’s industries and companies and investment in specialized plans and projects. Our performance later paved the way for going farther than the first considered borders so we took part in fulfilling our nation’s large corporations and industries’ needs and export opportunities in our country.

Kerman Development Organization
Kerman Development Organization is a holding company which aims to expand new type of business and industris in the south-east of Iran, in particular in the province of Kerman, which, in interaction with 30 large domestic and foreign industrial, commercial and service companies , deals with issues related to the attraction of foreign investments and partnerships And is responsible for conducting technical and environmental studies and monitoring the implementation of development and economic projects and the preparation of industrial projects as well as the granting of credits from external sources for these projects.
Sirjan Special Economic Zone
Sirjan Special Economic Zone is the first specially protected zone in Iran, which since September 1993, with the establishment and opening of the Iranian Customs Unit in the region, its activities in the form of construction and operation of ‘warehouses and warehouses for transit, industry- production and assembly units And the category started with assistance and welfare services and accommodation.
This area covers an area of 1370 hectares and is located between the Tehran-Bandar Abbas transit road (the country’s most important export and import port) and next to the airport in this triangle-shaped city. In order to support national production and develop non-oil exports and create mobility in the regional economy, it started operating under the special economic name of Sirjan. (It should be explained that the protected area of Sirjan was renamed Special Economic Zone of Sirjan during the 22nd session of the Supreme Council of Free Zones).

Kerman Future Development Group (Public Company)
Kerman Future Development Group (Public Joint Stock Company) was established in 2017 and was registered in the investment field under number 511281 at the Registry Office of Enterprises and Non-Commercial Institutions of Tehran. The capital of the company at the start of its creation was 50,000 million rials (including 50 million shares, with a nominal value of 1,000 rials per share) of which Kerman Civil Organization holds 90% of its shares. The vision of the investors and founders of the company from the beginning of its creation, to become a facilitator in the field of financing and activities related to the capital market of companies in the group and outside the group and to provide financial services distinctive, integrated and value-added to businesses under the Civil Organization

Joopar Railway Co. is an Iranian-based company, principally engaged in the provision of railway transportation services. The Company primarily provides railway transportation services of coal products in different provinces of Iran. The Company’s cargoes include coal, coke, steels, ore and others. The Company principally transports steam coals, which are applied in electric power generation. The Company also engages in railway passenger transportation services.
